This tool can be used to estimate the cost of risk types based on reproducing the product or service plus the needed customer interventions. This information can be included in the considerations for deciding your response to identified risks.
If you want to track the cost savings of one recurring problem, you can use the totals to assess Return on Investment (ROI).
