    Its acronym is COPQ for "Cost of poor quality" but it can also be used for measuring other costs.

    This calculator recognizes and counts events in up to three hourly compensation levels, plus other costs. The calculator allows a comparison for "What-if" scenario or building return on investment (ROI) forecasts. It has self populating charts, some of which require a comparative figure such as the organization's periodic profit levels.

    The COPQ calculator is ready with formulas for adding and comparing, but using this tool may require some comfort level with Excel. My best advice is: make sure you save a copy for backup! In case you accidentally delete a formula.
