    I have really missed you all. I started my own site to help keep me out of trouble with (ahem) and make a place to answer some questions without direct involvement, but I cannot replace the Cove. I am so happy to see this place!

    Likewise, Jennifer. I spent some time yesterday reeling old hands in. Quite a few should be on their way. I have also made some PR for this site on facebook, and suggest that we all do that: Every member gets a member is a great way to make a new site grow.

    Perhaps some kind folks could also post in the LinkedIn groups they visit. I've done some, but not ASQ groups or some of the other ISO related ones.

    I have hesitated to do that lest it look like a violation of settlement is going on. If I understood the whole thing better I would know my limits more clearly.

    I understood that to be an issue specifically between Marc and ... well, I won't even type his name here ... haven't had that first sip of tea yet this morning anyway.
    Regardless, it certainly would be counterproductive inviting the weed into the new garden.

    The long time Covers are telling each other about this site. Is there any tie to the Cove to direct them to this site or is it just going to take time for it to become known? It is fun seeing all the old timers showing up here.

    With social media being what it is, anyone who can spread the word in the groups they are members of, whether Facebook, Linkedin, ASQ etc should be/is encouraged to spend time and post a link here.

    I watch "Elsmar Cove" slip away in the night; then I started wandering whether or not I would ever see Marc and his team again. Then I saw Jennifer in Linkedin and I thought there was a ray of light. Then as I wander around I stumble into the Quality Forum just as I did when I found Elsmar Cove. I know I am "home" safe again. This community will succeed because it was founded on the most basic principle in life: People helping people". All you leaders are like "Rock stars" to us.

    I am humbled to think I was in any way associated with someone's ray of light. :)

    That said, the credit goes to Atul. I am doing what I can to spread the word, but I know from my husband's experience with a similar venture called LinuxBeginner.org how difficult it can be to get a UGC site going. It's a big deal, and a sign of ... I don't know exactly what to call it ... to see this site's momentum so far. It is very encouraging and in any case I am very happy to think I have been useful to our esteemed community.
