    Yes, I felt relief as well. When I tried to log in to my Cove account, I was met with that message I knew was coming - it was expected, but it still made me say under my breath "Oh s***".

    Regardless of whatever happens, I miss Marc. Wonder why Deming, Crosby and Juran did not have a struggle to outso each other? They are equally respected as unique gurus in quality having their own expertise and sometimes overlap each others philosophy. This site is definitely being moved by the spirit of Edward Deming. Thanks Atul and everyone.
