EMS Corrective Action Log 2016-01-14

This corrective action tracker helps collect and trend results data for presenting to management as required by the revised ISO standard.

The EMS corrective action tracking log can be adapted for use in quality management systems if the "reportable" field is defined as something significant in quality, e.g. "Product related." NOTE the elephant chart will only track line item results when that category is selected.
