Missed a change to a delivery schedule? What clause?

Documenting delivery schedule, work instructions, inspection criteria, etc. are evidences of conformity to 8.5.1a. Because it requires "availability of documented information..." These documents will help the organization to "implement production and service provision under controlled conditions". Deviating from them is no longer within the scope of 8.5.1a.
