Control of Non-conforming Outputs

    Hi,

    I am trying to get my head around the revised wording in the 2015 standard clause 8.7. I have assumed that Control of Non-conforming Outputs is a process.

    I was wondering how people are:
    a) fulfilling the requirements of 8.7.2 when it comes to something like a non-conforming PO/drawing/document?

    b) measuring the effectiveness of the process, i.e. what measures/process indicators are people using reference 4.4.1 c).
