    May 20th is World Metrology Day.

    Just stop and think where we would be without measurement. I know my daily life would be less ... interesting ... I guess is the word I'm looking for.

    Show some appreciation for the metrologist(s) in your company ... we're not all quiet weirdos sitting in the corner (well, I am -- but not all of us are) o_O
