I saw a pair of relatively fresh 'coons on the way to work this morning. They'd make a small pot of chili.

I had heard a while back about a study showing that humans can contract Hansen's Disease (leprosy) by eating infected armadillo - haven't heard anything more since then. Is this what you're getting at?

Sure you do Jim, if you just drive a certain road all the time, you can pick out what is new. You can also observe the temp, and stiffness of the animal, along with if any bugs have arrived yet.

A friend had given us some jarred deer meat, with the initials RK on the top. We were trying to figure out which of our friends had those initials. Yeah, it was road kill.
