As we transition to the ISO 9001:2015 we established our processes and supporting activities. The processes were assigned metrics and targets, and will have improvement actions assigned particularly when targets are not met. We view this as addressing 4.4.1 g) and h). These include OTD, internal ppm, external ppm, etc. Would it be appropriate to use these targets as our quality objectives? To my perspective they seem like they could be the same.
