    It's a practical impossibility to tell you what should be in an operational plan when we know so little about why you're doing this and what you hope to achieve. In other words, "a plan - for what?"

    I'm assuming that you intend to create a consolidated plan for all the plans or activities to be taken related to quality management system. Usually, organizations need this for budget purposes. You will need to consider the following:
    • activities or programs to be taken to achieve your objectives/targets;
    • training to be provided (in-house or external);
    • schedule and cost of internal and external audits (i.e. travel expenses, CB fees);
    • additional resources (e.g. computer, personnel, vehicle, etc.) to be acquired;
    • identified actions to address risks/opportunities that need funding;
    • corrective actions to be implemented that need funding;
    • management review schedule (meals, snacks, venue rent);
    • and other activities/resources that you need funding for 2019
