    When planning, for example, the manufacture of a component made to meet a customer specification (drawing) it is normal to plan the steps of manufacture and write them down. Most manufacturing facilities have more than 2 or 3 people so this plan becomes important to ensure the right result. A shop traveller, job card, router or similarly-named document is used to describe the "route" through the various processes of manufacture:

    Op 10: Cut blank
    Op 20: Machine face
    Op 30: Drill and tap M25
    Op 40: Deburr
    Op 50: Oil and pack

    Does this help?

    I don't know it is correct or incorrect thinking about planning on clause 6.2 . We made all level plan shown below picture /on clause 6.2

    6.2 is for the achievement of the quality objectives.

    Actually, the statement "The output of this planning shall be suitable for the organization’s operations" is not under a Note.

    There are various forms of this "output" of operational planning. It's a description on how a product is going to be produced/built or how a service is going to be delivered. The output depends on the nature of the business of the organization. Just to cite some examples:
    • Manufacturing companies have control plans, QC process sheets, or quality control plans;
    • Construction companies call this as project execution plan;
    • Hospitals or patient care service providers use clinical pathways;
    • Schools like universities call it curriculum or syllabus;
    • Project management type of services use project brief or project plan
