    • Your industry
    • Your role within the company
    • Have you had any training on ISO 14001
    • Where you are struggling with the development of this register
    • Where your organization stands in the identification of risks

    If you have a copy of the ISO 14004:2016 Environmental Management Systems - General Guidelines on Implementation, it does have samples on identifying EMS risks/opportunities (although the approach is "general"). You can also post a sample of your approach so QFO members can give you specific recommendations.

    Perhaps Roxanne and the other notable members have already helped you. If the resource section of this forum has a template for EMS risk register. I have used it for my ISO14001 upgrade audit and was accepted- no findings.
