MSA for AS13003

    I have just heard from a friend working in an aerospace industry saying that AS13003 (aerospace standard) requires MSA as well.

    I cannot find any write-up online, but does anyone here has any knowledge regarding this, or the MSA requirements for AS13003 is exactly the same as IATF16949 / TS16949 core tools, which we can also use the blue manual MSA as reference for AS13003?

    AS13003 is the Measurement Systems Analysis Requirements for the Aero Engine Supply Chain from SAE.

    I have not read this standard, but from whatever I have read about it (from Google search results), it appears to be very similar to the AIAG blue book.
