Hello, our company is IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified, We are looking to improve workflow by using project planning software like Asana or Jira, or some kind else we have not decided yet.
For now, we make meeting reports at work where we put agendas, participants, tasks, etc. in MS Word manually.
Maybe some of you have some experience with some kind of project management or meeting software where it is possible to get a report directly for software and no need to rewrite everything to MS Word. Ideally would be if we could add notes and tasks to the software and end of the meeting get reports on what has been changed, and what task has been completed, and plan, to save it for history.

We use Microsoft Teams and then add Microsoft Planner to the Teams site only because you can make the task recurring and it sends out email reminders when tasks are due. The only downfall I see with it, is it doesn't have a traditional reporting format. (Importing into Excel, for example) but it does let you view the tasks in a chart, list or schedule mode. Probably not helpful but that's what we use at the moment.
