Key Responsibilities:

- Project management and advance quality planning for new product/program launches.

- Responsible for leading quality improvements to ensure process controls are implemented for new and existing products and processes.

- Provide customer and supplier support, including new project reviews, APQP requirements, root cause problem solving, and supplier assessments.

- Provide internal support to Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Sales.

- Facilitate product launch initiatives for implementation of new products and customers such as contract reviews, process controls, design/manufacturing reviews and supplier requirement verification for Manufacturing and Quality.

- Facilitate problem solving for quality related items in support of plant production activities, supplier received material items and customer concerns.

- Prepare and present technical and program information to team members, customers or management regarding new products, continuous improvement activities and quality issues.


Qualifications:

- Three to five years related Engineering and/or Quality experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering strongly preferred

- Experience in problem solving techniques and tools

- Experience with Six Sigma Tools, project management tools and statistical process controls

- Advanced product quality planning experience

- Project Management experience

- Excellent verbal and written skills

- Statistical Process Control knowledge

- Strong computer skills

- Candidate must be willing to travel internationally

- Candidate must be a US person due to the nature of our business
