    :)Hello, does someone have a template for LPA schedule and checklist for supplier of bulk commodities to FCA? Thank you.

    It has to be built on your process and what management structure you have. You might find there's more work in rewriting someone else's paperwork, than creating your own - unless you're simply looking for a form to complete.

    Below is what I developed for our process audit schedule. This might be helpful - then again, maybe not....lol. We are just beginning to do process auditing so we breaking new ground.

    Bev: I don't believe this is a classic "Layered Process Audit" per the usual automotive expectations. LPA's typically are applied to just the manufacturing process - an assembly line, molding line etc. Your example looks more like a traditional internal audit schedule which has a different process/method than LPAs.
