    How specific do objectives need to be wrt resources required? Down to an individual or can it be broader, for example: Operations team and training?

    Probably depends on the objective (and resources shouldn't be restricted to human resources). I wouldn't think an individual would be singled out as the resource for meeting a quality objective. Can you share your objectives and your thoughts on how you're planning for achieving them? That might help with getting better responses.

    Organizational objectives should not be established unless there is also the commitment to ensure the resources are provided to enable the achievement of those organizational objectives.

    For example : "Decrease production change-over by 15% within 12 months." This won't work unless production schedules are reviewed, people learn about lean (and getting rid of waste/non-value-add aspects), and other activities. Developing an objective without providing the resources (human, technology, financial, etc.) to achieve it...well...as the saying goes "A goal without a plan is just a dream."

    Dear Sir,

    Kindly refer below:
    6.2.2 When planning how to achieve its quality objectives, the organization shall determine:
    a) what will be done;
    b) what resources will be required;
    c) who will be responsible;
    d) when it will be completed;
    e) how the results will be evaluated

    so it can be taken down to worker level
