IN A CRUNCH - Need a Template for Supplier Metrics

    Does anyone on here have a Excel template for Supplier Metrics they could share? I am loaded down here and have an Audit next week and need to at least show I am working towards a sharable metric.

    Its tough coming into a company with no QMS and starting fresh!!!

    All help greatly appreciated. :)

    Thank you for the samples, interesting to see how suppliers are monitored. Whatever the regulation you comply to, this survey shall be done.
