    Hello all,

    My name is Jim and I'm formerly a production manager type person. I've been thrown in the Quality sea as a new dept grew and the put me here with little to no resources. The conversation was literally "Give it to Jim, He gets S**t done." My degree is a BBA. My experience has almost entirely been in composites, (Carbon, Kevlar, Fiberglass.) I've been using the company intranet and google for information. So any educational resources you can throw my way will be appreciated. I've been going through the forum when I get time which has been little. I did get us through our yearly audit with only a couple minor violations so I'm kinda happy with that considering how green I am. Now that I have a slower pace till new projects kick off I'm trying to read up.


    Any and all help will be greatly appreciatted
