    Hi Chaps and Chapettes,

    Good to see a decent quality forum thriving :)

    I've been involved in various quality and other related standard for 20+ years but always keen to learn more. I used to contract a lot and moved away from strict quality and more into operational management but found the tools applicable throughout an organisation and have recently moved into a permanent position in a startup that was bought by a huge engineering outfit and discovered a whole new way to get headaches!

    Plenty of four letter words used lol It's having to take that back to basics and teach everyone in the building what a quality approach is and the base principle that is really tough. I'd forgotten how hard that can be!
