    Hello,

    Does anyone know where I can purchase a signature register for GDP purposes? I am helping setup a quality department and we currently do not have one. I have found a few pdf samples of a single page, but not a book or binder. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    First, I'm not completely sure what one is - I can guess, but probably best if I didn't.

    Second, what has you thinking one is necessary?

    Third, you posted under Part 11 but I'm not seeing a connection. Can you clarify?
