    Here is a spreadsheet for an alternative to the standard Gauge R&R (which has serious issues despite being recommended by AIAG and some fairly large Customers) along with a few documents explaining the approach and the limitations of the 'popular' approach.

    I found this one and used it for our bulk fluid MSA. For our purpose I recommended using the GRR situation #2.

    Thank you! This template is the one I recommend to use for my facility. the Nested ANOVA (Gage R&R #2) is the choice for "Thixotropic samples" (from a Cove member). Sample preparation is done by splitting the samples into 10 parts.

    I would recommend that you build your own - this will require you to understand the formulas which are quite straight forward.
    It is better to understand what the formulas are doing than to blindly enter data into a template.
