    Does anyone have a gap analysis guideline chart for the AS9100?

    Gap to what, John? Do you have an ISO 9001 compliant/certified system already? If so, then the AS9100D standard is laid out to give you the actual gaps. You don't need anyone else to explain that - or worse get someone's skewed interpretation from "reading between the lines" or something.

    Practically speaking there are 3 gaps, but that's another matter and one which a checklist can't help with. very much...
