    Dears,
I am trying to understand if there is any difference between the Minitab and MSA AIAG approach towards ANOVA GR&R. In order to do it I have:
    - Populated an Excel file with Measurements Data from the example contained AIAG MSA 4th. edition document and applied the same formulas.
    - Populated Minitab with the same data.
    - Compared the results.

It looks like data considering interaction are matching while others no.The difference seems to be the F-Ratio which is calculated in a very different way in case of No Interaction. You can e the ORANGE column (Data from AIAG MSA) and the YELLOW table (Data from Minitab Results). It looks like in AIAG the F-Ratio is different since different degrees of freedom are considered.

    Can anybody explain why?

best Regards and thanks in advance,
