    Please explain to simple word about clause 8.4.2 a), b), c) ,d), e), f).

    My understanding is that this clause main focus is on:
    The type of controls that your QMS applies in order to have the quality supplied product delivered on time, so not to affect the ability to deliver to customers on time.

    It's a simple concept, and one we often practice in our own lives: Like when you go food shopping:

    Some items go right in the shopping cart - never been a problem
    Some items you check for dates, first in, first out etc
    Some you check closely - fruit and veg, because it can be unripe, damaged, mouldy, rotten etc.

    Same with (your) suppliers of products and services.
