5 year goal plan for Quality assurance

    Can any one help me to figure it out what could be the 5 year goal plan/objective for quality assurance team.

    Hello, Rajan.

    While I do not understand why your organization is trying to develop a 5-year plan for the Quality Assurance Team, I would encourage you to look at what the organization's 5-year plan is and align the Quality Assurance Team with that.
