    How can the top management satisfied the following practice?
    There should be a role for helping the HODs in identifying the controls in processes identified and documented

    Hi, I assume this is not an ISO clause but a requirement of a customer (auditor), right? The way it is formulated is clearly not out of any standard. If so could you please explain more what it means?

    If you have an updated organizational chart as well as job description for those personnel working under the HODs, then you have no problem.
