Risk Analysis Checklist?

    I am not sure what "AFAP" is.

    However, there are LOTS of "risk analysis" out there. The problem is people say "do a risk analysis ..." without specifying what type of "risk" they want to abate.

    For example, analyzing a company for risk of giving them business is not the same as analyzing them for risk of successfully completing a project.
