    Good day folks.
    I'm Mayor from Nigeria, can anyone share with me the quality initiative program that your organization currently use to fulfill the requirements of the standards and also to sustain/maintain your ISO certification?

    Hi there...

    I've moved your thread from the Introductions area to a forum where it might gain more responses.

    That said, quality initiatives vary from organization to organization. They are typically based on strategic direction/planning, field/industry, past performance (i.e., data), and so on.
