process performance and product conformity

    Can anyone help me understand this area a bit better for a Management Review,
    So what do you look at in regards to ... process performance and product conformity?
    Could it be the need for new KPI's and improvements in customer satisfaction processes for colletting the data?

    In satisfying clause 5.6.2c you should take into account the requirements in 8.2.3 which says "The organization shall apply suitable methods for monitoring and, where applicable, measurement of the quality management system processes. These methods shall demonstrate the ability of the processes to achieve
    planned results". Having performance indicators on processes will satisfy 8.2.3. Reviewing these performance indicators during Management Reviews will satisfy 5.6.2c.
