    Hi
I'm new to the forum so I'm not sure if this question is posted in correct place.
The question is regarding uncertainty and how many samples are taken. I have a power meter with a certain uncertainty (budget attached) how do i incorporate the number of samples to reduce the Uncertainty ?

Well... hello there! Welcome to the forum!! I'm so sorry I am just now seeing this. I went ahead and split this off into its own post.

Do you still have questions with respect to the uncertainty budget?

I am not certain that this is what you are looking for, but repeatability can be reduced by the square root of the sample size. That is, if you take four individual measurements then average them, the repeatability of the average is half that of the individual measurements.
