Does anyone have a procedure or template for creating descriptions for parts? I'm using a non-intelligent number system so will need strong discipline in the descriptions. I'm in the electronics manufacturing space.

Hi Brad - welcome! You might want to check the way the US government and military do their descriptions. Good work on putting the non-intelligent numbering. Xerox taught me that back in the 70s!
