new sites

    My company acquired several others in the last two years.
    We are now structured as a corporate group with a bunch of bigger and smaller (international) companies.
    (still struggling trying to figure out how to get organised ...)

    - The scope of our 9001 and 14001 covers only 2 sites of the main company (which has multiple sites...)
    - One of the new acquisitions has a 9001, but it will not be renewed this year


    Next spring, I have the 2nd follow up audit on our 2 sites. I would like to expand the scope so this second company can also be included in our certificate (only 9001)

    Any thoughts and advice?
