    Hello Everyone,

I'm doing a brainstorming to get ready the annual performance objectives for my CQAs and I'm lacking ideas.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks in advance!

Such things can be a challenge. Objectives are usually related to

Time (using less or more of it)
    Quality (pass/fail ratio)
    Volume (how many)
Or Customer Satisfaction (not exactly the goal of an audit)

Have you asked your CQA's for their thoughts on what they think their objectives should be? Or how about their "customers"?

Not too sure I agree with Normzone's list, yet you did say 'brainstorming' so I'm not supposed to comment, right? ;-)

I would hope you would not agree [RoxaneB].

Those are traditional defaults for measurement choices, not best practices.

I've yet to find good choices for performance assessments for many of the things we do in our day jobs that fall outside that group.

I agree with asking the auditors for their input.

    Start with:
    - what is the purpose of an audit?
    - in light of that, what do you expect your auditors to do?
    - what do you expect them to not do?
    - what would 'wow' the organization if they did it?
