    Hello everyone

    When complying to the next:

    5.1 Leadership and commitment
    5.1.1 General
    Top management shall demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality
    management system by:
    a) taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system;
    How to ensure/measure system effectiveness?
    what practice is useful and objective to do?

    1-Is it enough to say, I have kpis in the processes and most of them are in compliment compared against a monthly goal, to say, at least 80% are ok?
    2- to compare monthly goals vs kpis in each process and establish a goal to comply with?
    3- Or evaluate objectives results?

    Please give some insights.

    What do you understand as being the way to meet this requirement? It says they (the leadership) have to take accountability for the effectiveness. What does that mean to you? We can "jump to conclusions" all day long, but hearing what YOU believe answers this might help the discussion.

    Can this demonstrate "taking accountability"?
