Internship - Quality Assurance Project

    Hello,

    I am an MBA student at ESADE, and am currently doing an internship at Myntra in Bangalore, India. Myntra is a fashion e-commerce firm, and one of my projects is to benchmark the quality function at other companies in these industries. What I'm mainly trying to understand is how companies organize quality personnel and divide up responsibilities for brands and suppliers among them. I have made a questionnaire to get some details on this topic - if anyone is willing to share their insights it would be greatly appreciated.
