Hello everyone!

Greetings from southwest Arizona. I have been in quality management for ~7 years. At my first QM position I managed a 9001:2008 quality management system for a company of about 25 that had already been set-up and certified. For the last year I have been preparing a company of about 40 to become ISO 9001:2015 certified. I basically started from scratch as there were nor properly controlled documents or records or any other signs of a QMS. I think we will be ready in a few months but I could really use some input because there are not many people here that can relate to my position.

Getting started, is there any initial advise for new members? I generally try to do a quick search before I ask questions to avoid making people give the same answers all the time.
