    Hi,

Whilst I believe its not mandatory (having been certified without one for a couple of years).

Does anyone know if Grievance procedure has a place in ISO9001 in terms of which section it might belong too?

    Thanks,
    Jason

    Welcome, Jason.

No, there's no provision in ISO 9001 for such a thing. It's about product, not HR practices/policies etc.

To echo Andy, it doesn't really have a home within a quality management system, however, it could find a home within a business management system. What are you attempting to do with the process/procedure?

Hello Jason! When you state grievance procedure, are you speaking specifically in terms of employee/ HR/ union type grievances? Or are you referring to another use for that term?
