    Thanks for your question. All these documents are copyrighted. To obtain "free" copies means that the organization offering them has - most likely - violated the copyright. Furthermore, because they are copied, YOU cannot rely on the information being complete: Let's say the copy has a blank page in it. How will you know if that page should be blank?

    You may think you are saving money by trying to obtain them, without paying. It may cost you more in the long run.
