    Hi, Elisa_Rebeca...Due to copyright legalities, copies of ISO 9001:2015 - or any other externally controlled standard - cannot be shared on this site. Your organization will need to purchase a copy of the standard from a recognized source, such as the ISO Store.

    Apart from the purpose of satisfying ISO 9001:2008 clause 4.2.2, we documented a quality manual to have a common reference for internal and external interested parties if they would like to have a general understanding of our established quality management system. The sections include:
    1. Introduction (includes the purpose of having the QM and revision history);
    2. Company Profile (includes the organizational structure, mission, vision and quality policy statements);
    3. Scope of the QMS (includes the scope description, justification for exclusion and the high-level process map illustrating the core, support and management processes);
    4. Description of the Core Processes e.g. Product Development, Product Creation, etc. (includes brief narrative description and referencing to established documented procedures);
    5. Description of the Management Processes e.g. Strategic Planning, Management Review, etc. (includes brief narrative description and referencing to established procedures); and
    6. Description of the Support Processes e.g. Human Resource Management, Infrastructure Management, etc. (includes brief narrative description and referencing to established procedures).
    Hope it helps.
