    Hello everyone,
Our company is coming up for our 9001:2015 surveillance audit and we have had some corporate changes. We do federal civilian work and until recently we were the prime on a contract with the government. We are now a sub for the new prime doing the exact same work. Nothing in what we are doing (our processes) has changed.

However, one of our process leaders has moved from our company to the new prime company but still doing the same work. Is that person still allowed to be a process owner for us?

Thank you and I will have some other questions to follow.

A process owner is a person from your own organization that is responsible for the activities of that process.

The answer lays somewhere in the contractual relationship.
