    Hi.
Could someone please advise or point me in the right direction.
What are the “inputs”of a stage 2 certification audit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The standard(s) you are being audited against, your management system and everything relevant that your organisation does.

    Hi Andrew: Welcome.

For clarification, are you asking as a client going through the Certification process? If you are, firstly, your selected CB should be telling you since they may have specific requirements. However, to take a general approach this may help:

    1. The Stage 1 audit results - any "issues" which may have been detected.
    2. The Actions you may have taken to those issues (as necessary)
    3. The Stage 1 Audit plan (agenda/timing).
    4. Any changes made to the QMS since the Stage 1.

You may wish to contact your CB auditor (if not already asked) what they think are the "inputs". I'd be concerned if they don't say the above or give you something else to consider. TBH I'm not sure they are "true" inputs, since they aren't being "transformed" in the process.
