A WEEE question-Thick black line under Wheelie-Bin Symbol

    Hi, what is the meaning of the thick black line sometimes placed under the Wheelie-bin symbol?

    Neither directive, 2012/19/EU or 2002/96/EC, shows the symbol with a line, but many devices have it on.

    Thanks Miner, There is nothing in the directive about this, but I guess I need to look at EN 50419.
