    Hello all

    Just to be sure, in 9.1 when the standard asks the monitoring and measuring, do these requirements are the input to 9.3.2 c5?

    Thanks

    You might want to add what those clauses are. Some of us aren't close to our copies of ISO and haven't got total recall...

    During a management review, we don't concern ourselves in satisfying each letter/sub-clause of 9.3.2. For example: just by reviewing the extent of achievement of the targets we set to keep track of the performance of the operational processes, we can already satisfy the following letter/sub-clauses:
    9.3.2c.2 - the extent to which quality objectives have been met;
    9.3.2c.3 - process performance and conformity of products and services;
    9.3.2c.5 - monitoring and measurement results.
    9.3.2c.7 - if the targets being reviewed pertain to performance indicators for suppliers;
    9.3.2c.1 - if the targets being reviewed pertain to performance indicators set to measure customer satisfaction.
