7.5.2, b format: How to comply?

    Hi all In 9001 2015, in 7.5.2, how to comply with b) format?

    7.5.2 Creating and updating
    When creating and updating documented information, the organization shall ensure appropriate:
    a) identification and description (e.g. a title, date, author, or reference number);
    b) format (e.g. language, software version, graphics) and media (e.g. paper, electronic);

    You comply if the folks using the information can access it and understand it well enough to do their jobs correctly.

    For example, if the workers speak only Spanish, but your documents are in English, you would not comply with this requirement. Or if the information is in a server but the workers needing the info to do their jobs don't have computer access, then, again, you'd not comply.
