    Dear All

Do you have any example for the clause 7.3.1

We just have training records, do we have to do additional things, how can we show the awareness ?

    7.3.1 Awareness - Supplemental
The organization shall maintain documented information that demonstrates that all employees are aware of their impact on product quality and the importance of their activities in achieving, maintaining, and improving quality, including customer requirements and the risks involved for the customer with non conforming product.

If you do performance reviews, document it as part of those reviews.

These are simple answers given by employees for question "Are you aware...?" or improvement suggestions initiated by various employees e.g. line members, which are aiming improvement of product/process capability or decreasing occurrence of failures affecting product conformity.
