    nice little flowchart style excel file with why's going down and therefore's going up - fill in the boxes to complete the process

    Hi mrs_shrew, the template is very helpful. May i know anyway if the "Define Symptom" is the first occurring Problem before defining the rootcause? If i will use this template,is the Define Symptom can be changed into " Description of Non-conformity"
