There are one or more management representatives work for QMS in the organization?
    For example
is it possible to head of each department do their own job + management representative's responsibilities and duties?

    It is possible.
Iso asks top management to apply leadership, doesn't mean he has to do everything, but can delegate activities to heads.

You should notice that the "management representative" has been removed from the :2015 version. In table A.1, they state that it's no longer used and note "Similar responsibilities and authorities are assigned
but no requirement for a single management representative."

It may be possible, but it's not effective! Having many people be responsible for the QMS? That's borderline silliness. How/who would arrange the Management Review? If you are considering Process Ownership, that's better and different. It isn't going to work for Management Rep - whether the standard requires one or not.

Thanks dear for all of advises.

is it not mandatory requirement in ISO 2015, that company's CEO assign a Management Rep(for example QA manager) for QMS?
Who is more suitable to take responsibility for reporting and other duties of QMS ?

In order for the people can see a relevant person, preferably a director, someone who has top authorities, that action give signal to people that Qms is important , sometimes the error is to assign in such position to the quality assistant, which cause to people a different reaction regarding the qms importance.

No. All the leadership, in reality "own" the processes of the QMS. Having one person who "owns" the QMS is going back 25 years! Think processes and process owners.

Thank you Andy for your study

I've understood it was a good idea to appoint one person to the QMS. o_O
