    Howdy Tabor,
I love the Tucson area...but it sure does get HOT.

Spend most of my time there south in Green Valley and Tubac, with day trips around the area, or just sitting in the pool.

Wife and I spent a week at the Grand Canyon back in 2011. We stayed in Flagstaff; 35° in the mornings and 80° during the days in early June. We were quite taken with that whole area from Flagstaff to GC Village to Cameron and even Winslow (of course).

    I could live in Arizona.

Good ole Texas. The high today is slated to be 97F. It's 92F now.

It was 53°F here this morning. o_O 77°F when I went to lunch.
Supposed to be like this pretty much all week. I don't recall many Augusts like this, but I certainly don't hate it.

We had really nice weather, but only +5°C/+41°F yesterday morning. About time to start wearing long trousers when I ride the bike to work, I guess...

We've been much warmer here in the St. Louis area the last few weeks; 70°F in the mornings and low-to-mid-90s during the day. Humidity has been quite high, too. Typical here.
There are storms rolling through the area today, with more expected tomorrow. Cool front coming through behind that, with highs expected in the 70s for the rest of the week.

Wish I could bicycle to work. Unfortunately, it's 60 miles each way. I'd have to leave very early in the morning.

94 degrees in central PA today. We had a very hot, and enjoyable Labor day weekend. Not typical at all for this time of year. It is probably the last piece of real summer we will see, and I am sad to see it go.
